What do you charge?

Short answer:

Every event and booking is different, but something that doesn’t change is everyone wants great value for money.

Therefore, tell me about your event and what you hope to achieve. I’ll then let you know what I can do and how to help. If I can’t help or am not the right person for you, I’ll let you know or recommend someone else who may be a better fit. My aim is to provide you with a world-class service regardless of the cost.

Longer Answer:

The fees charged can vary widely based on several factors. These factors include the type of event, its duration, location, and availability. Here are some

Type of Event: The complexity and formality of the event can impact the fee. Hosting a small corporate meeting will likely cost less than hosting a large-scale gala or awards ceremony.

Event Duration: Longer events may require more preparation, energy, and time commitment from the host, which can result in higher fees.

Location: The cost of living and the event’s location can affect the host’s fee. Hosts may charge more for events in expensive cities or for events that require significant travel.

Customisation: If the host needs to customise their presentation, script, or content specifically for your event, this may also impact the fee.

Additional Services: Additional services, such as event planning, scriptwriting, or consulting can be priced separately.

Equipment and Technical Requirements: If the event requires specialised equipment or technical support for the event, this can factor into the overall cost.

Rehearsal Time: If extensive rehearsals are necessary, this has to be taken into consideration for the rehearsal time and preparation.

Package Deals: I offer package deals that include hosting services along with other event-related services, such as entertainment, stage and close-up magic.

Given the wide range of factors that influence the fee, it’s essential to have a clear understanding of your event’s needs and budget before providing quotes.

Keep in mind that while cost is a consideration, the choice of a host should also be based on their suitability for your event, experience, and ability to effectively convey your message and engage your audience.
